    SO WORTH IT!

This is the product I didn’t know I needed (or even existed), and now I can’t imagine not using it every day. My problem is twofold: 1) My nightly eye medication dries my eyes like crazy and 2) my job is 8-16 hours of staring at a computer screen, meaning extra dryness. Drops weren’t helping enough, and I’ve been getting chalazions more frequently. The bump currently on my eye now is already half the size in 48 hours of use, and my eyes feel so much better – less tired, less pressured and more hydrated. I love that it’s not microwave-activated as I don’t have (or want) a microwave. (Tired of the uneven heating of food and gel-packs). I am definitely getting another mask ASAP, and maybe a third to have on hand just in case.

    Hot & cold

With this eye mask, the mask itself is really soft and comfortable to wear. I normally don’t like these types of masks but if it’s to help with migraines and allergies, I’m all for it. I had a really bad migraine but noticed when using ice packs, they don’t stay on and if I use a resealable bag, I end up waterboarding myself if it pops open while I sleep. With this mask, I’m able to wear it and not have it fall off, ever. Not to mention, I don’t have to lay on my back which seems to make my headaches and migraines worse. Plus, it perfectly blocks the light that may be coming in from my closed curtains. With the heat, everything has started blooming and my allergies have been acting up. I found the heat seems to help when I’m feeling pressure and the heat on this mask is just the perfect temperature to help relieve that stuffiness and aching I normally feel. Plus the eye mask is fully washable. So glad I stumbled upon this gem.

    Solution for dry, itchy eyes

I bought this because my ophthalmologist recommended that I use a warm compress on my eyes regularly. I like a really hot towel wrapped around my face when I get a facial, but I’m NOT going to mess with a wet towel at bedtime. This is an easy-to-use alternative. I heat a large tea cup of water, grab my tea bag and my gel pad and crawl into bed. First, I drop the gel pad into the water to heat it up. ( comes with an s-hook so you can fish it out without getting wet) Insert the hot gel pad into the mask, and drop the tea bag into the cup. The eye pad is just the right temperature and provides a nice, warm compress for about five minutes while my tea brews! Very glad I bought this!
